#9: Slick Back

Layers play a significant role in haircutting to create shape. They prevent the style from having a heavy, blocky appearance. For example, in a sleek, low fade cut, the short graduation layer technique is used. The short graduation layer technique implies that the hair lengths start shortest at the edges and gradually increase as they go up to the top. This is the main base technique for a lot of men’s cuts.

#43: Short Brushed Back Hair with Mid Taper Cut

Explore the advantages of different options like pomades, waxes, creams, and sea salt sprays. Consider factors like your hair type, desired hold level, and whether you prefer a matte or slightly shiny finish. Use a small amount of your chosen styling product (pomade, wax, sea salt spray, etc.) and distribute it evenly. Shape your blowout with your fingers or a comb to achieve your desired level of definition, texture, and hold. You can ask your barber for many different types of tapers such as skin, drop, bald, temp, burst and razor fade styles.

In a blowout taper, the hair on top is styled to create volume, texture, and a rounded shape, giving it a polished and contemporary appearance. This is a pretty classic cut with a taper on the sides that can work for a lot of men. If you have naturally straight and dense hair, push it back with your fingers and let it air dry.

Taper fades keep more length at the back, and the sides than a skin fade does. Taper fades begin at the base of the neck and sideburns, right at the skin level. Afterward, these are blended tightly with the longer hair on the sides for a rounded finish.

However, the style remained relatively low-key until reality star Pauly D from “Jersey Shore” catapulted his blowout into pop culture fame. It’s become a dynamic and powerhouse hairstyle ever since. Protective hairstyles are an influential and bold way to keep your hair looking stylish. But if you want to elevate your look to new heights, a blowout haircut will take you out of your comfort zone and offer a one-of-a-kind style tailored to you. In conclusion, choosing a blowout taper isn’t just about a hairstyle; it’s a commitment to self-expression and confidence. Whether you’re in the stylist’s chair or maintaining your blowout taper at home, take a moment to enjoy the process.

#52: Piece-y Texture on Top with Tapered Sides and Back

A taper medium crop like this can be easy but also difficult to style depending on your hair texture and growth direction. A tapered side quiff for straight hair is a good choice for a tidy executive look. It has been faded tightly around the ears and nape of the neck, with enough length to transition into the long top. This style suits darker hair as the fade looks really clean. The front has been dried into position using volume spray.

The style is a brush-up with a taper side, which offers versatility and is great for wavy, or curly hair that has fine to medium density. Whether your hair is curly, straight or natural, a tapered cut can work for you. Day-old hair can easily lose its volume and definition. Dry shampoo is the secret weapon for refreshing your blowout low taper. It absorbs excess oil and instantly revives volume at the roots.

Choose shampoos, conditioners, and styling products that promote moisture and add shine. Brings sleekness and volume, transforming straight hair into a polished look. Say goodbye to the never-ending battle with the straightening iron. Say hello to a cool and trendy hairstyle that lets you embrace your natural look without the fuss. Designed to conceal hair loss at various stages and different areas of the scalp, our hair toppers are tailored to the individual. Each TOPPERis breathable, comfortable, and available in a wide range of colors, lengths, and styles.

While anyone can wear the close taper, it’s particularly suited for guys with smooth head shapes. The faux hawk gives you the funky aspects of the mohawk while being shorter. It is more suitable for work, including any sculpting you or your barber would like to add. This medium-length taper haircut men love, offers you so much versatility.

Make it more modern by taking the taper down by one or two grades. It is one of those timeless men’s hairstyles that allows you to make the tapers low, mid taper or high while still retaining the arch. This is a very popular look amongst youngsters, simple shaved lines have overtaken whole sides of patterns.

Short dreads with a taper fade haircut leave a really nice clean finish that is easy for you to maintain. The edges of the hairline have been shaved in to create a clean finish that will need attending at least every 2 weeks. If your hair is super curly, then dreads are a good way to create more length and the taper fade will keep the sides fresh. Style with some specialized afro hair products, and ask your barber to advise you. The messy taper fade is an effortlessly cool and casual hairstyle that can be the right look for occasions.

After washing, use a towel to gently pat your hair dry. Avoid vigorous rubbing, as wet hair is more fragile and prone to breakage. Gently squeeze out excess water to maintain the health of your strands.

To help the style hold, I recommend using a strong product. Slick backs are an absolute classic that has aged well. An example is this style with a combed back, low fade, and beard. The edges of the hair have been tapered tightly to blend seamlessly with the long strands at the top.

Paired with a comb over or side swept hair, this tapered part is worth talking to your stylist about. The drop fade taper is a fresh haircut that curves around the head and down the back for a unique tapered style. This drop taper haircut can be a great way to create a cool look and add a charming dimension to your hairstyle. Some guys may prefer the low drop fade for a classy cut, while others might experiment with a mid or high taper to get an edgy style. Whether you have short or long hair, this trending haircut will look chic and sexy.

How to Style a Blowout Low Taper at Home

If you have thick, wavy or curly hair, this medium taper fade can help you create a low-maintenance style that is effortlessly chic. The high taper fade is a trendy short haircut for men who want a bold look that makes a fashion statement. A high taper fade haircut provides a high-contrast style that starts tapering down the sides and back near the top of the head. The high taper delivers a sleek and edgy cut that complements short to medium length hairstyles.

Taper Fade with Line Up

I would recommend this for guys with thicker hair as it leaves a good shape and grows out well. Blow dry with a volume spray and a small amount of paste will help to keep your hair in place all day. This wavy brush-back hairstyle has been done with a fade cut, and works really well if you want long hair on top and tight at the sides. It’s faded tightly around the ears and blended nicely into the top. Part of the top will be disconnected to keep the length. He has opted for a natural finish, and this can be achieved by blowing it back with a holding spray.

Taper Fade with Design

The best part about this hairstyle is that you’re able to roll out of bed, put a little product in your hair, and walk out the door. Because of the taper’s short length, I recommend getting your haircut every 2-3 weeks for maintenance. You might want to consider using sunscreen to protect your scalp from the sun. The best face shapes for the crew cut are oval, round, and square.

#19: Low Taper with Beard Fade

Then to get the best results, take a paddle brush and a blow dryer and brush it back and off to the side. This will give your layered taper the most volume, cleanest cut with shine. Some men let it air dry but the results will look different.

Limit Heat Styling:

For instance, you can achieve a choppy, tapered low fade cut. Using the scissor-over-comb technique allows us to trim quite close. This technique can deliver a softer and more choppy style. You can achieve this by using texture scissors and doing point cutting. Those who prefer a less close, softer finish typically prefer this technique. Like any new styling technique, mastering the blowout low taper requires practice.

#13: Short Crop Taper Fade with Line-Up

In most cases men choose the taper because it is versatile, allowing them to style it in a way that looks clean, polished, relaxed, casual or professional. Consider your personality, hair length and texture, and the facial features you would like to accentuate from your chosen hairstyle. Even if you are dealing with frizzy hair this style will still look good. You can improve your look by integrating a fade and taper to your long braids, classic twists, dreads or cornrows.

The mid taper fade is a versatile haircut for guys who want an attractive balance between low and high fades. A mid taper fade haircut starts halfway up the sides and back, providing you with a happy medium that isn’t too short or too conservative. As one of the most popular types of fades, the mid taper works all around with the best men’s hairstyles. Suited for casual and business professional styles, you can feature a skin or bald fade to add some flair. You can also ask your barber for a mid high or low variation to customize the cut.

I would use a sea salt spray and maybe some hairspray to hold it. A quiff taper fade haircut is for dapper men who enjoy styling their hair every day. A quiff classic taper with fade like this is perfect, as you’ll never run out of ideas to style it. Textured, messy, straight, or curly – just make sure you’ve got the best gel or pomade with you and you’ll be good to go. A taper hairstyle works for thick hair by texturizing it.

It looks great on most face shapes and is a perfect fit for the business professional. Your barber can modify this cut if you have receding or thinning hair. Products, such as Living Proof Multi-tasking Styler, work well with most textures. Pomades by Ruezel give a great finish for thick, coarse textures.

Black hair can be thick, coarse and curly, meaning some guys may need to use a pick to detangle their afro. Alternatively, others like to use a curl sponge to create a beautifully textured look. A taper fade with a part can be the bold fresh haircut you need to transform your style. The hard part is a thick line your barber will shave into your hair to create a visible division. When combined with a short taper fade on the sides and back, a parted hairstyle will look effortlessly chic and hot.

Excessive use of heat during the styling process can lead to heat damage, causing weakened or brittle hair. Using heat protectants and not overdoing the styling can help minimize this risk. Some individuals may experience scalp irritation or sensitivity, especially if they have a sensitive scalp or existing skin conditions.

Just apply sea salt spray to increase the volume of your hair without making it stiff. Use a low-shine matte hair product, like clay, mousse, pomade or putty that is not extremely strong to complete the style. Friction against regular pillowcases can disrupt your blowout and cause frizz. Opt for a silk or satin pillowcase, or alternatively, use a satin bonnet.

So, I recommend you finish it with a tiny bit of Sumotech matte clay pomade. While the term “taper fade” is regularly used to describe a taper and fade haircut, these styles are not the same. The difference between a fade and taper is that a taper haircut is generally longer than fades. A blowout taper is a modern and stylish haircut that combines the elements of a blowout hairstyle with a taper fade. The term blowout refers to the technique of styling the hair to create volume, often resulting in a rounded shape.

Use your fingers or a minimal amount of styling product to reshape your style. This is one of those old-school haircuts, similar to the 1920s hairstyles, that are returning now. The taper is an excellent addition to a hairstyle with volume, like the pomp.

The Plumping Under Eye Cream

We didn’t see dramatic results after the first wash, but our hair felt softer and thicker with curls that were more manageable after the testing period. We found that our hair wasn’t breaking as much as usual, and it looked overall bouncier and healthier with fewer flyaways. The shampoo had a lightweight feel that was easy to rinse out, and the conditioner—while thinner than we expected—absorbed well. When using twice a week, we loved that our scalp felt very clean with no irritation, and we felt that our hair could stay cleaner even longer. Testing these two was delightful from start to finish— including the initial wash, the results, and the great smell that lasted for days. The shampoo had a lightweight, thinner texture that rinsed out easily, and the conditioner was thicker but not at all heavy.

Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair! Super Moisture Shampoo

One Sephora reviewer said the sulfate-free formula still offers some "slip" and another noted "it only takes a nickel to quarter-sized amount of conditioner to coat." While some super moisturizing conditioners can feel heavy and make styling difficult, 91% of our testers said this one did not weigh down their hair. It earned high scores for conditioning, and one tester raved about the results. "I am very surprised and pleased with how much movement my hair has after drying it!" she said.

Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Defrizzing Shampoo

It’s especially great for those with medium to thick hair and those who have wavy, curly, or coily patterns, according to Jordan. That’s because the shampoo will help define those patterns as well as tame frizz and add shine, according to the brand. As you can probably tell from the photo, this conditioner is very, very loved. I typically sub in a hair mask for regular conditioner since it’s difficult to find one thick enough to soften my thirsty locks—but this one works like a charm. It actually has a similar rich texture to the hydrating masks I hold dear.

Panthenol is an ingredient known for penetrating the hair and providing long-lasting moisture, says Jordan. Brown likes to look for water as one of the first ingredients on a bottle because “that’s going to be the number one source for moisture,” she says. This R+Co shampoo, which comes recommended by Davis, uses antioxidants like vitamin B5 and vitamin E for scalp and hair hydration, and nettle extract to add shine, reduce frizz and prevent breakage, according to the brand. It’s suitable for all hair types, and reviewers say it helps soften their hair, making it feel and look healthy. A collective favorite of our experts, Davis uses this to help cleanse and treat her weak, dry and fine hair. “I feel like my hair feels so much more moisturized, and it’s a really good reset, especially for dry hair.” Apply the paraben-free shampoo and gently massage it into your scalp and hair until the gel turns into a cream.

"K18's Molecular Hair Repair is a phenomenal, weightless oil for repairing and protecting hair," she says. Act+Acre's serum is very effective for boosting shine, strengthening hair, and encouraging new hair growth. It helps strengthen baby hairs around the hairline, and it feels soothing and hydrating on the scalp post-shampoo.

It restores damaged hair by providing moisture to hair and scalp without weighing it down. The Revival Conditioner provides balanced care for weakened and damaged hair without irritating the scalp. The composition of the Revival Shampoo and Conditioner is enriched with a nutritional complex based on proteins, seaweed, and panthenol, which allows weakened hair to retain moisture, avoiding dehydration during the day. By obtaining the necessary charge of moisture, curls become smoother, making them easier to comb and less confused. We love this shampoo and conditioner for thick, dry hair types that are prone to flyaways.

Firstly, it's important to look for products that are specifically formulated for dry hair. These products will typically contain ingredients that help to hydrate and nourish the hair, such as oils, butters, and proteins. If you use multiple hair products daily and have a lot of buildup, you’ll need a powerful shampoo and conditioner to clean everything out without causing dryness or irritation. The shampoo has a great lather, and our hair felt super clean after the first wash (and during the entire testing period).

Just note that we didn’t notice any bounce or added softness to our hair after use. Plus, since it’s a cream product, we also thought it weighed down our hair slightly more than other picks on the list. We were seriously impressed by its effectiveness during our efficacy tests.

For instance, if your hair tends to be dry, then “look for serums that contain oils to help hydrate the dry hair shaft,” says Dr. Shaver. Meanwhile, if you simply want better, faster hair growth, then she recommends looking for products with ingredients that have been clinically proven to do just that—and have scientific data that support their use. Living Proof’s No Frizz Smooth Styling Serum offers more than just deep hydration. Designed for coarse and thick hair, the serum is formulated to help gently detangle, smooth, and protect the hair for styling.

These look fairly normal during the day, but you'll be the life of your next party or night out when everyone sees the nails' true power. With this acrylic nail idea, you can see how stunning the pairing can be.

Go For The Gold

To recreate the cuticle nail art, you'll need black nail polish and a dotting tool. To create these bright neon nails, start off with a set of neutral-colored press-ons. Dall'Asen used some from Kiss, but you can totally use your bare, natural nails as a base or paint them a different color first. Lay one sticker across each nail near the very top, then try to make all the spacing even before painting the tips with two coats of lime-green nail polish by MiniLuxe. The neon-green polish that Dall'Asen used for this design has been discontinued, but KB Shimmer's Easy Glowing Nail Polish comes pretty close to it. Before the second coat dries down, reach for some tweezers to pull off the stickers as smoothly as possible.

Rainbow Tips With Clouds

But you don’t need to be on vacay to rock them—wear them stateside whenever you have the travel bug. We love the slightly neon green color used, almost like a glow-in-the-dark green. Of course, the tools you use are just as important as the colors you choose, which is why she says to reach for thin-tipped detail brushes when drawing the faces. "The small brush gives you the ability to paint thin lines," she says.

"Bobby pins are cool, but they only do tiny dots," says Miss Pop. These metallic gold and red striped nails have the wow factor of a high-shine finish and negative space. Start at the tip of your nail when crafting your stripes.

Simple Blue Nail Design

She usedLuxa Platinum Chrome Powder to create this nail design. Don’t feel too intimidated by all the fresh nail art you see on the ’gram though—with just a few tools (and practice), you’ll be able to master being a pro at manicures yourself. Celebrity and editorial nail artist Elizabeth Garcia says you can use tools you have laying around your house to create powerful nail art from home.

This rainbow skittle manicure by Emily Zheng is another no-fuss, at-home manicure option for those who aren't willing to go the extra mile and invest in some additional tools. Each nail was practically painted in every color of the rainbow with nail polishes from Dimension Nails. It doesn't get more simple than drawing a line down the middle of your nail. To elevate the look, choose a neutral color for your base and a fun finish like bright blue glitter for the line. Try putting the line down the center of each nail for an especially fun look.

With a set of press-ons, you can paint your designs, then go about your day while they dry down. For a head-turning nail look that doesn't require loads of time to create, check out this foil-flecked mani. Paint your nails with a chunky glitter polish like Smith & Cult's Glass Souls ($18).

Try a matching eyeshadow to create a monochromatic beauty look from head to fingertips. These sweater nails keep all the fun relegated to the tip, but instead of a standard French manicure, it's a cozy take on the trend. Recreate the look with nail stickers in a color that matches whatever you choose for your tip. Here's another example of how the mismatched nail trend doesn't have to be bold to be noteworthy.

It’s a fabulous floral experience, packed with salmon, egg, and cucumber sandwiches, scones, cake, and sweets. The tea service has two seatings, Monday through Friday, except for holidays, with advance reservation required. Santa Monica isn’t exactly known for its upscale afternoon tea offerings, but this design-forward hotel is changing that with a modern afternoon tea service inside Palma, the Proper’s lobby restaurant. Designed by Kelly Wearstler, the impossibly chic space features unique floral arrangements and plenty of seating arrangements to choose from. While the tables that border the elongated booth by the window catch the most light, larger parties can opt for the secluded alcoves or one of the lower-slung coffee tables.

Afternoon tea also proves a wonderful social occasion for the sober community. As Gen Z showcases a much different relationship to alcohol, and members of older generations rethink their own relationship to drinking, gatherings that aren’t centered around booze have gained traction. Almost any traditional afternoon tea menu includes the option to add bubbles, if desired, but it’s an afterthought — the tea will always be the focus. It’s hard to resist Koreatown’s hyper-femme Rose & Blanc Tea Room. Gather a gaggle of girlfriends and settle in for cucumber and dill tea sandwiches, macaroons, scones, and more.

Rose Garden Tea Room at the Huntington

The tea room is open Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. Appetites of all sizes will be satisfied with options to order a la carte or a set menu. The tea for two includes scones with clotted cream and jam, salad or soup, sandwiches, fruit, desserts, and two pots of tea for $57. Head to the 40-year-old Cat & Fiddle for a laidback afternoon tea with all the trimmings.

Creature Concept Design Program

creature design

My intention was to go into natural history illustration – I wanted to work for National Geographic – but by fluke, some art directors from Lucasfilm saw my graduation show, which was mainly paintings of real animals like foxes and dogs. Sometimes in games, creatures are just "treated like objects" with their only function being "to exist and to be shot,” Santala said. But creatures are "characters in their own rights," he added. You can (and should) add personality to them. Whitlatch's creatures are specifically formulated to survive in their make-believe worlds, interact with their own species and others and make a serious impact. Whitlatch reveals that a successful creature design, begins with a solid story and understanding of how your creature lives.

I had a great time learning..

Industry veteran Aaron Sims details two of his tried-and-trusted workflows for creating iconic concept designs for film and TV, using Photoshop and ZBrush. As well as guiding you through his production-proven techniques, Aaron shares his thoughts on the importance of conveying personality and character through designs and shares some of the key lessons he’s learned over his 35-year career. You might think this is a limitation, but it also forces you to be extra creative. This approach can be a good method for designing a squad of characters that work together, like superheroes.

The classes I took (Beauty, Airbrush, Character, Prosthetics and Special Effects) this is only the beginning. I am super grateful for all of the AMAZING people I’ve met here. I looked forward to this moment for so long, and my time here flew by like nothing. A school full of talented individuals that I learned from and created many unforgettable memories. Try to keep this about content over composition, we're here to see the design of your creature. If other things have the majority of the focus, or you're trying to do an artistic piece that happens to include your creature, please make sure that anything central to the composition serves to illustrate the creature's form/function.

In this course you will learn the fundamental process for designing a believable creature design. This course covers everything from concept sketch, setting up your reference, choosing colors, and much more. Intermediate skill in Photoshop is recommended, however many of the lessons can be applied to any medium.

LIFETIME ACCESS

So it’s important to work with depth and space, to give your creature a strong feeling of movement. Try different angles when you sketch your characters, and look for references if you’re struggling. With this creature, I’ve increased the stroke width in some areas that are close to the viewer to boost the feeling of depth. Another useful starting exercise is to simply draw without a specific purpose.

I’m on my fourth copy – I got my first one in high school and I still have it. There’s also Animal Drawing by Charles R. Knight, who was one of the first paleoartists. It’s also very inexpensive and is still published by Dover. In games, "all creatures should ultimately try and serve a function," Santala said. And thinking about that purpose, that appeal, should be the starting point of any design.

Finally graduated from Cinema Makeup School

Pretty much any time there was an animal or creature, it was handed to me to work on. My father was a naval officer, but he had been through medical school, and he taught high school biology on the side. He was very interested in nature, and he’d bring home all these specimens. Check out some of the amazing work Creature Design students have created by doing their homework. Many of our courses include bonus recordings of past mentorship meetings to watch any time.

My name is Tessa, I’m a Dutch artist, art director, and creative project manager. I love to share my passion for this craft, nature, art and fantasy, and do that by creating this archive and community, alongside my company Tez Art & Design. “We always knew that part of the Season 1 journey for all three of our core characters was going to be an exploration of identity,” said Steve Yockey, who developed the series. I would think that surgeons, in doing the same, would likewise benefit.

It was originally done in 2004, and at the time, we didn’t have virtual reality or other new technologies, but we knew that stuff was coming. A lot of that book was illustrated on layers, so we could go back into it later. One of the campaigns I worked on at ILM was [an early Budweiser] Clydesdale Super Bowl commercial. It was a big deal, because the client was an important one, and the storyboards had to be finished within two days. Join a devoted community of over 20,000 students from around the world. Learn Squared gives me the freedom and flexibility to learn from the best in the industry at my own pace.

Business and art direction courses are included, and students finish off their degree with a senior project. I think the value of humor in creature design is very high. We all, as human beings, have it as part of our essential nature.

Make the choices that will enhance rather then detract from your narrative. Drawing quick and simple thumbnails is a helpful warm-up exercise. I always try to keep the design simple; the silhouette needs to be easy to read. I use a solid colour and sometimes I draw over it with a darker colour tone. In this case I’m concentrating on creatures, which means I’m free to create different shapes, combining object, animal and human elements. I had always considered myself the recipient of a gift when I think about where I first learned anatomy; the people who donated their bodies made it possible for me to learn.

Pasadena’s understated Callisto Tea House serves two options for afternoon tea service on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. The standard menu is priced at $27.50 and includes three savory vegan toasts, a scone with cream and jam, a cupcake, and a pot of tea. For parties of two, Callisto prepares a $65 menu with gong fu service. It includes everything on the regular afternoon tea menu plus traditional Chinese tea service where tea is brewed twice at the table in a small clay pot. The wait can be considerable—I waited three months, in fact—but the chance to enjoy this museum afternoon tea offering is well worth the need for advance booking.

The tea room is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. This historic mansion, built in 1868, offers tours and tea service for groups with advance reservation. It’s a proper spread of sandwiches, chicken salad in pastry puffs, scones, tarts, and more, all made by volunteers. Every party here is a private party, which means guests get the place entirely to themselves. The waitlist is long, so be sure to book well in advance — many fans take spots several months out. Pasadena’s Rose Tree Cottage serves one of the kitschiest and most charming teas in town.

This tea room in Alameda takes the British afternoon tradition and infuses it with Malaysian flavors, spreading rendang curry and kaya jam on sandwiches, and folding pandan into chiffon cakes. It’s open for sit-down dining, with a special holiday tea for the month of December. There are also to-go tea boxes, with sandwiches, sweets, and yes, tea, all conveniently packed up (you will need to order ahead of time for the tea boxes, however, so be warned).

Seating times are at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Walk-ins may be available, but booking in advance is recommended. The Proper Hotel is maybe best known as a dining destination for brunch at Villon or rooftop cocktails at Charmaine’s, but the modern hotel would not want any guests to go hungry between meals. Afternoon tea includes a selection of sandwiches, sweets, and scones, with the option to add on a glass of bubbles. For the holidays, they’re doing a Nutcracker theme, which seems particularly appropriate given the proximity to the Opera House. In many cases the entertainment industry cares more about your portfolio and experience than an accredited degree, and this school will definitely give you a killer portfolio. The animation track includes some drawing courses, but focuses more on 2D and 3D mechanics, storytelling, acting, and 3D modeling. Most game studios that care about traditional degrees will prefer that your degree come from an accredited university. But remember, the vast majority of studios do not care how you get good. Many artists choose to pursue a degree or diploma program just to expand their options. I attended Cinema Makeup School this past year and loved every day of it.

Graduates are currently employed at major studios like Warner Brothers, Ubisoft, Cartoon Network, and Gameloft. You can fill out a FAFSA like you would for any other accredited school to apply for grants, loans, and work study positions.

Students who skip that step are doing themselves a terrible disservice. Because if they do that, each creature starts to look like the one they designed before – and the one before that, and the one before that. What I think is really sad is when people, instead of looking at real animals, go to DeviantArt and look at other people’s creature designs.

Alumni are employed at studios like Dreamworks, Sony Animation, Ubisoft, and Riot Games. This pattern of submitting drafts and receiving critiques mimics the structure of most industry projects too.
